Mid-Career Transitions

This is a great time of year for mid-career professionals interested in making a change to ramp up a job search.  The fall is always a balancing act between holidays and end of year budgets running out. Usually sometime in January, new positions get funded, family and holiday craziness slows down, and people start to wonder if this year is going to look the same as last year professionally.

We find that most mid-career professionals take at least four months and often six months to land to a new role.   If you can start this spring, then you can get the bulk of the search over before the slow down in the late summer begins.

Happy searching!
